  23. It is such small request for so much features, and I know you'll 
  24. like the special sound effects you hear in this game.

  26. If you got your computer system w/ sound card hookup to a Dolby Pro
  27. Logic Surround Sound system well you better turn it up and hear the 
  28. expanded real actual tank wave sound effects. If you got just the 
  29. plain Dolby Surround Sound System, it will also works well.  If not, 
  30. your mini amp computer speaker will burst with this sound.

  32. This game offers a few new stuff that you haven't seen in my other 
  33. popular games like BRATS,  WINSHOOTER, CRIME ALLEY, 
  34. 3D CUBE BLOCKBUSTERS, FLIPACES, TIMEBOMB,  and SMILEE!

  37. features. More games will follow, base on Space,  Medieval, 
  38. Westerns, Bombs, Triple 3D Simulated Skyscapers, and more funny

  54. Fast game play access with your mouse, no more going through pull 
  55. down Game menu drop access to start the game. Just click on Play
  56. to play the game right now or Pause the game if you got a phone 
  57. call or etc..

  59. The word Continue will appear when you click on Pause then click 
  60. on Continue to play on! Reset the game anytime you want during a 
  61. game or even on pause by hitting Play again to start a new game!
  62. Stop the game now and bring up the introduction screen for a full
  63. game restart. This will happen anyway when your game is over then 
  64. click on play again to start.

  66. Also when you do a full Exit out while playing a game whenever you
  67. want instead of double clicking on the left bar. This comes in handy
  68. if your boss is coming near your work area! For each time you use 
  69. any of the above menu  items you'll hear wave sound effects just

  73. play is set by the Author. When you register this copy Options will

  90. When you see this label Wave System Sound, is available only if you 
  91. have either of the following;  Sound Card or Board installed or
  92. Speaker.drv to play the wave sound through your build in Pc speaker.
  93. Sound Card option is better, since you can play the wave sound through
  94. you mini amp spks or through your home stereo unit.

  96. Note: The Tank Tracker sounds are real sounds effects and are not 
  97. computer generated, or fake arcade sounds!  Click on any main menu 
  98. item from Options thru Help and you will hear tank wave sounds also. 
  99.  Now you'll also get  real female voice announcement when you click
  100. on Exit that will be address to you.

  102. Since this game is a ShareWare Copy and is only for evaluation purposes
  103. only OPTIONS is not available, and  I already setup the game time to 
  104. 2:00 minutes, speed is just slow and the number of open targets is less.
  105. This will give you a good idea  what you can get when you send in your
  106.  Register fee of only $5.00 plus .52 cents for shipping/ handling.

  108. Under the registered version target windows are set to the max, game speed
  109. is normal an game time is set to 3.5 minutes game play. You may change
  110. these setting if you like and game play can even be set to 1 second to 
  111. 10 minutes. You also get higher scoring than the shareware version.

  113. On the main menu Register is replace with Hints on the game. Also when 
  114. you register this game you'll can also get a none sound version & this 
  115. sound version for the same shareware fee if you like. Registered users 
  116. get,  TipNews Letter when it's available, coupons off your next order 
  117. of games.

  119. Tank Tracker Plot:
  120. ------------------
  121. Tank Tracker is  base on the old arcade game rooms in malls back in 
  122. the 80's. This is a Tank Simulator for Windows, which puts you behind
  123. the wheel of the tank and also as the tank gunner. 
  124.  
  125. Tank Simulator  gives you the feel actual tank movement, explosions 
  126. sounds. You view the enemy targets in a 3D 3 sided display windows 
  127. while you see your tank controls in a 3D view in front of you. Colorful
  128. explosions, 3D mini tanks in more  targets to shot at in this game. 3D
  129. background outside your tank viewing area of a mountains, sunset and 
  130. clouds. Your mouse will become a tank target sight aimier cannon and 
  131. will give off real tank fire sound when you click now on your mouse.

  138. Step 1.
  139. ------
  140. 1.To install this game you should not place it in your C:\WINDOWS or 
  141. C:\WIN31 or C:\W31 directory, but into it's own subdirectory like in
  142. this example:

  144. C:\WINDOWS\GAMES
  145.  
  146. This way you don't have to clutter up your main Windows directory with 
  147. all these games.
  148.  
  149. Step 2.
  150. ------
  151. Just copy either one to your game directory or whichever you choice to
  152. place them. In this example it would be  COPY TANK.EXE C:\WINDOWS\GAMES
  153.  
  154. Step  3.
  155. -------
  156. Now that the file contains is dump out, you can use the FileManger and 
  157. Program Manager to drag and drop the Shooter.exe to your favorite program
  158. goup. This is one way you can do this!  The other way is that you can use
  159. the Program Manager New item feature and insert Tank.exe that way.

  161. Step 4.
  162. -------
  163. Add the game to one of your ProgMan Manager Group files or leave it as a 
  164. Icon button by doing a drop and drag in Norton Desktop, Pc Tools for
  165. Windows, or run it from DashBoard quick icon launcher or Program Menu.

  167. Wave Sound Files
  168. ----------------
  169. To install the wave files for this game place them in your Windows 
  170. directory or better yet create a SOUND directory and copy all your 
  171. current wave files to that directory. Add this SOUND directory
  172. to your PATH line in the autoexec.bat file.

  174. Also make sure your using a sound card, like Sound Blaster or any
  175. ther wave form compatible card. Also for PC speakers users only you 
  176. can download SPEAKER.ZIP and use your PC speaker to pick up Wave 
  177. sound file also. But having the Sound Card is the better route to go!
